Last updated: 16 October 2026
1. General
Browsing and using bayit.online (the “Site”), operated by Bayit Online, are subject to the terms below. Using the Site means you agree to them. The Site may be used for lawful purposes and in good faith only. Any action that may harm the Site’s proper operation or other users is forbidden.
2. What the Site shows
The Site presents Smart Bayit and the services of Bayit Online. The descriptions are a general description of the product as of the date of the update. A feature marked “Soon” or “On the way” is not yet available, and describing it is no commitment to a date. A request or a join request through the Site is not an order, carries no payment and creates no engagement; the terms of sale, installation and support will be agreed with you directly.
3. Commercial use and intellectual property
All the content of the Site, including text, images, graphics and code, is the exclusive property of Bayit Online (or of third parties who allowed it to use it). The Site’s content may not be used for any commercial, marketing or business purpose for another business without the Site owner’s explicit prior written permission. Do not copy, duplicate, distribute or create derivative works from the content of the Site.
4. Trademarks
All trademarks and names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. Naming them does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or certification.
5. Liability
The content of the Site is provided as is. The Site’s owners are not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to a user as a result of relying on the information on the Site. The information on the Site is not a substitute for professional advice.
6. External links
The Site may contain links to other people’s sites and services, such as WhatsApp and YouTube. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.
7. Privacy
The use of information given on the Site is governed by the Site’s privacy policy.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Site.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel only. The competent courts in the city of Jerusalem have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to the use of the Site or to these terms.
